Florida Department of Revenue Issues Emergency Orders
On Thursday, March 26th, the Florida Department of Revenue, to assist those adversely affected by COVID-19, issued emergency orders to provide flexibility on tax due dates, such as sales and use taxes, and extended the Property Tax Payment Due Date from March 31 to April 15. Click Here to Learn More

Florida Department of State Issues Emergency Orders
On Friday, March 27th, the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-52, changed the time requirements for business entities to file annual reports. Nevada Department of Taxation Payment Instructions
The Department of Taxation has closed all offices to the public until further notice. Taxpayers are advised to pay their taxes online, by mail or via drop box at the Department offices. Pursuant to Gov. Steve Sisolak’s Declaration of Emergency Directive, offices at the Nevada Secretary of State have suspended all in-person services and transactions.
