As the president of Mac’s Productions here in Las Vegas, Chris MacNeill has been in the entertainment business since 1971.

For 15 years, Chris was vice-president at Spotlite Enterprises, Ltd. in New York City.

Spotlite was a Personal Appearance agency representing celebrity talent with a strong emphasis on comedy.

At Spotlite Chris was in charge of all agents in the concert, casino, fair, college and club divisions.

In addition to representing celebrity talent, Chris was also responsible for the agenting of production shows such as the Broadway touring companies of: "Beatlemania," "The Best Little Whore-House in Texas" and "Oh Calcutta." At Spotlite Chris was the agent of record for such notable names as: Jay Leno, Paul Reiser, Jerry Seinfeld, Damon Wayans, Dennis Miller, Bill Maher and many others.

After Spotlite, Chris became the head of the comedy division for The Famous Artist Agency. As agent of record, he represented such acts as: Def Comedy Jam, Bernie Mac, Chris Tucker, Steve Harvey, D.L. Hughley, Bill Bellamy, and most of the major name comics who debuted their comedy careers on Def Comedy Jam.Chris has also worked for several years as a concert promoter and has been an entertainment consultant to such organizations as The Improvisation and Catch-A-Rising Star club chains.Some of today's top agents and managers who got their start and trained under Chris include:• J.P. Williams, manager for Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy, Bill Egvall & others.
